               I was watch video on you tube, then I find this page Alain Foka officiel, sharing some of great topic on Africa wealth and politic, by that I ask myself this question is our minerals a blessing or a curse? maybe we do not know how to take care of the things God has give us? from that video I come across according to the statistic presented by him, it happen that most of the mineral of the world is in Africa and with most around 70% plus of the reserve is here in Africa.

               Amazing or I am shocked but standing with my eyes wide open, to see and know that African most them live below poverty level, let me put figure on it most African family live below 1$ but their land is so rich that without their land most of the things make those to be qualify as rich people or countries will not be, sometimes I ask myself who did even classify some countries or continent as poor or under developpe? what is the criteria? because some or most this things is been impose to the poor and it is a model for them to be poor to carry the so called wealthy countries for life, this is what I called a rich men living from the blood of the poor men and knowing without that poor men is life is nothing therefore he make sure the system stay and for life.

              Let just give you these 3 examples, first Ghana and Ivory Cost they are the two great produce of Cocoa in the world their productions alone is 70% of all the production of the world and we all know very well without Cocoa there no chocolate, but they are bully by these super rich corporations that make chocolate, from imposing prices even bringing the prices down, with the contract which I called slave contract which go like 100 years of the same prices but the chocolate prices go high each and every months, Congo have cobalt and coper and coltan and 70% of these mineral is in Congo and we all know that without these mineral they will be no Telsa, I mean no electrical cars, also no smart phone and all these smart gadgets, but Congolese are in the poor condition even their dogs in their home are far more better than the Congolese where this things come from, third and last but the example are many no books can contain all of it, the Chinese invasion of Africa I will like to sound the alarm bell as a prophet one day we will wake up or our children will wake up to be told that they have no country anymore to call home because their father did sell it for nothing to the Chinese mafia who are coming here and taking everything and doing nothing for the African.

            I will conclude on this for the 100% of the Congolese mineral 70% is in the hand of the so called multi corporation company who did buy those company next to nothing and they are not even respecting the contract and the contract which run for 100 years, how can you sign a contract like that which will include even the generation which know nothing about you, 30% which is for the Congolese government which the government can not even run it then come the one I called the vampire who come to suck the remaining blood out of the body, these vampire are worse than the multi corporation the double the slavery of poor Congolese who work and live in the condition of animal.

           All this make me to realize that every times our politicians or African sit on the negotiation table he always come out a looser, I will like to call to the new generation to wake up and bring skill at the negotiation table and all the contract must be review and rewrite for the better life of all African children to enjoy his or her wealth given to them by God.

It is pre democracy time in Africa politic

               Let us reflect on our politic in in Africa, the situations right now are making us to think we are in the Africa time of pre democracy, when a strong man can ascended into power with the help of the soldiers and the government in place will be topple without any says of the people.

                  When to understand or the Africa of the post colonization it was with the politic of one state and one party without democracy and election, meaning the president is in power for life no one will challenger him or question is authority everyone will sing his songs and dance to his tune, if you do not follow his way you will be killed and cast out of the cake of the country that also bring the country without a proper justice.

                 But after the end of the cold war we were promise a better Africa, where political no one will live in fear of his life and the end of strong man but the beginning of ideas and principles with a democracy and where the people have the future of their life or country in their own hand, one of  the great decision was no more coup and toppling the government by force which mean every government will have the peace of mind, no more fear of being topple by a so called strong man, and that was also the end of having a president for life, then one of the best things was or is the constitution is now let me called it the bible of the country, and the presidential term is now put only to two terms but then as in Africa people most of time are not satisfy, politicians again this people were the one who put this law in paper and they are the one again are going against it, because as they say power can corrupt you easily , then the two term is no longer enough constitution is been change to more than two term even  to life again like the period of pre democracy but this time around there is a so called election, this measure have made us to see the man like Alpha Conde, Sassou, Paul Mbiya, Kagame and many more to be in power for more than 20 years , and  now we are seeing the old habit of the coup coming back and being support by the western power, countries like CHAD the president died or killed no one know then his son became the president without being vote into power but supported by the French president, Mali they have been there two coup and democratically elected government was topple by the junta with a strong man until now no election and civilian are out of government, last week event in Guinee Conakry where  Alpha Conde first he change the constitution for him to go for term number 3, knowing he is 80+ of age and he make a fraud election let me says two wrongs does not not make right he is been topple by a coup but all the African institution are making noise of let order and the constitution be restored and respected, Kagame just make it impossible for anyone to be president in Rwanda by being now a life president, what is shocking is many in Africa are thinking that he is a role model the way of leading a country,in conclusion A U is powerless or even useless to make any authority or give the moral way or the direction to follow because they are all the same.

                Can African leader for once think of their people who are dying every day by trying the cross the sea to go to Europe, by trying hard to implement their own resolution which is adopted in the constitution which is like the bible than wanting to bring Africa and African population back to time of pre democracy, but in all of this there is also a success story to tell of country like Ghana, Botwana, Benin, Zambia, Namibia and others where democracy is been successful run.

African Leaders

              Those who leader us we may insult them or hate or love them however we need to look within ourselves well then make a conclusion, there is this saying you are what you eat, the consequence we are seeing it is just our action. When it came to Africa we can not say Africa never have a leader, since pre colonization and during the colonization and the post colonization Africa always have leaders some good some bad, in fact in all position of the society, they may religious leader, human right or civil society leader or scientist leader or politician we always have them, but in this opinion I will narrow only to politician.

               Before the freedom of the African countries, they was the rise of leaders that push the independence of the African countries and the birth of the movement like the pan African idea and that movement even give birth to AU, if we are honest to ourselves that early move was so successful , let me mention this most of the leaders were not even highly educated, some were but most were not, I can put it this way, they were so successful because of the vision and the goal which was freedom of the people and the country.

               After the independence the same leaders became the president of their respective countries and the yesterday freedom fighters they are in government and leading, oh my God they must lead the country in another level, but soon they were in power the reality sink in, and power and money became the drive of their goal no more making better life for all, they install one party one state, and also most of them did proclaim themselves life president, dictatorship was the motto of the day, I will love the say this I am not supporters of democracy in Africa either but we as African supposed to make our own way of choosing our leaders, this one party one state, did bring a lot of pain to many countries but not all, because some countries have multiple coup and plot against the regime in power in some case it was very violent with the killing that was beyond human right, but in some countries also they were success and prosperity for the citizen.

              Then we arrived to time of democracy that happened when the cold war was over and the fall of the Berlin wall, African countries was imposed by the western to put democracy as condition for economic help, I may say some countries took it well but the majority of the countries did not took well, we need to put this in mind that change is not easy and it does not happened over night, the problem have with democracy in Africa is we do not vote according to the project or vision of the candidate but we vote according to the ethnicity and tribe line, that is my worry, and also in the most cases the ruling party does not lose the election it is like a divine right for the ruling party, and also most of the freedom fighter party think like the country own them the power, the most horrible things and it is like an horror movie it is that most of election in Africa is not fair and free, it is chaotic and shambolic, the ballot papers in most cases are already mark before even the vote begin, but I must put this most of African countries are now also organizing well run election, let us know that human being things is not perfect even in the rich country they do have problem with election also.

              In conclusion beside all of the above the leaders that we put to lead us they are the fruit of our thought and chose, oh yes I know in the most they came there by force or other means but at the end of everything we tolerate them and they became the fruit of our idea, somewhere it is say if you want to see the people look their leader, some of leaders the way the behave it make us wonder how a man or woman like this one can lead us, it is about time the masses must hold the leaders accountability for their action, time of giving them blank cheque is over, now they need to account to their action, in this note I will like to congratulant the Zambian people for their election and choosing a new president let live the new president and blessing in the land of Zambia.

Who deserved to be praise

               In my opinion news of the day I will put deal with the topic of who deserved to be praise? before I even give the meaning of praise let me say this, if you observe well African people which I am, you will see that praise or praising is a natural things for African, we can sing and dance in any situation and circumstance, I mean at joyful time or sad time we do sing, that the things I do no longer accept. Now what is praise; it is to express warm approval or admiration of.... , For me it go beyond just singing and dancing because it is kind of putting the person or things you are praising as your God, and you can not do anything without it or him.

               I will put my opinion on this scriptures First Samuel 18:7 and Acts 10:26, these two scriptures is about the women singing and dancing on David and King Saul killing of enemies and Peter telling Cornelius that he is a man like him, why I choose these two scripture it is simple, when you look they way the society is built you will find there is always a man who is praise above the rest, check in political party the leader is praise all the times by songs and dancing, in the church the senior pastor also is praise more than God, other can say I am the God that you do not see therefore believers are prayer in the name of the God of their leader, soccer players, actor and actress which we called today celebrity all are praise and worship, you will see that the trouble of David against King Saul started by the song like the one sung by the woman, it will birth jealous and bitterness, even lust. countries fighting family disputes also killing because one was praise above the others.

             What is bad, it is when someone is praise in the manner that the person think that without him nothing will work, Mobutu was elevated so high that he was thinking that the Congolese people are nothing without him, when a leader live only for praise that make the leader to think he is the all of all, let see what Peter did, when he comes to house of Cornelius, Cornelius was ready to worship him and praise him, remember Peter did walk and talk to Jesus face to face and he is a man whom God used so mighty at the times but surprise surprise Peter refused to get all the praises and he equal himself to Cornelius by saying I am a man like you, that show leader and by saying that he directed all the praise and adoration to God, by this we understand that the one and only who deserved the praise is God no one else, you may respect a man but not praise him, you may honor a man but not praise him, because a man is the instrument that God use nothing more, you need to know with or without that man you were going to get your blessings anyway because God is the sole provider.

            Songs and praise must go to God, this is why I have find it difficult to praise a man and make the man look like God, let sing the Lord at all times and praise the Lord in the morning, mid day , and evening when the sun set, he is worthy and deserved to be praise, let everything that has breath praise the Lord. Praise the Lord not Man and you will be free.

The Authority of the Name

               In my opinion news today I will put forward about the authority of the name, in our society it is difficult to ignore the authority of the name, there is weight behind the name, let me explain this if your name is Kennedy, and if you did comes from John F. Kennedy in America that count so much, you will see same dynasty name in America polity like the Bush, and in South Africa the name of Mandela is also big, there is also the name in corporate that is big also like Ford, and many more, in music name like Mozart and many more, in art name like Da Vinci and many more, and there is some great academic institution in the world that when you study there it is a key for success for you, even the name of some countries may make you great or small, this is the authority that the name carries with.

               What is a name it is a word or a combination of words by which a person, place, or thing, a body or class, or any object of thought is designated, called, or known. Once the name is given to you therefore you will be know by that name going forward, and the name have meaning, in the Bible the name of the was also their character, the name given to someone will define the person and his character, let me take this example in the book of first Samuel 25, David sent his people to Nabal and he said greet him in my name, the question is why did he said greet him in my name? the answer is simple the name of David is now great name in Israel, David is the one who killed Goliath, He also given Israel many victory against their enemies and doing so they have peace in the country, songs were sung in David name as a man of victory therefore his name was above the rest, these popularity make David to say greet him in my name, God said to Abraham I will make your name great! and believe you me Abraham name was made great until today his name his mention not only by the Christians but by the Jews and Muslims also this show us how the authority of the name is all about, let show how the name also describe someone in the person bad character, Nabal you find this man in the book of first Samuel, he is describe as a scoundrel, harsh and evil in is doing, that by his name he live and died off. however in all of this it is only a name of human beings and it authority is limited, I will give you the example like after the end of the second world war many people did change their name if it is related to a name like Hitler, after the death of Capone his family members also change their name these two example show us the limited of authority of the name, because it can be powerful today but not tomorrow.

               In conclusion I want to show you the name that the authority have no end, the name of Jesus Christ is the name with unlimited authority, and his authority does not have a mandate and his authority his not given by anyone and his authority has no genealogy and his authority his yesterday, today and forever and his authority never get old it is eternal, the name of Jesus open any door, any others names will never give you salvation but only the name of Jesus Christ will do so Acts 4:12, in the name of Jesus Christ signs will follow you, this is amazing you will not follow signs but signs and wonders will follow you, Mark 16:17-18, now get this in the name of Jesus Christ every knee shall bow and every tongues shall confess, this is amazing imagine this if you can have the name which is above any names, and this name is given to you as a gift by God, wow this I call it the wow factor by me having the name which is above any name, Philippians 2:9-11, My Brother and Sister if you want a blessing there is a name which will bring to you the blessing that name is Jesus Christ and his authority have no limit and end.

               My opinion news of the day is on Man and Power, no one is against a power of any kind, when a man get in the position of power most of the times their behavior change, and certain views are no longer the same, however let me try to give the meaning of Power and Man, first what is Power? there is many meaning for this word but I prefer this one, Power is the capacity or ability to direct or influence the behavior of others or the course of events, what is Man? according to theology anthropology man is a being or person with 3 part which is Body, Soul, Spirit. by this meaning we will understand the relationship between Man and Power. 

               Let me put this in perspective, God who He is called the almighty which is all powerful, and his power has no limited, however let me say this He has control over his power, that is where the difference is between God and man, there a movie which was play by Jim Carrey and Morgan Freeman. Jim Carrey play as a man, Morgan Freeman play as God, when Jim Carrey became God, he did used the power anyhow, that show how when man have the power can he behavior, I will like the put it clear that not all man can not control the power. Now in the context of the world of the influencers how do we see power in the man, how can a power in the man control or direct the events? Can the power in democracy especially in Africa manageable? what about the strong man power?

             In today world it is like a cancer every men want to have a power of the sort any way He is, look about footballers without naming names they go with how many followers the have in their social medias that make them to be super stars, it goes the same with musicians, actors, politicians, and preachers of the word of God, also check the movies on the super heroes, all of these movies are all about power with one man who will come to save the day of the doom of the world, there is another power which is in the negative and which the movies and tv series portray it as villain, in fact it is all about power.

           I observe these, they are countries which are in the competition and try to make the rest of the countries to submit to them, example you will hear the American said their country is the most powerful on the earth, can we say no to that I do not think so, why they have the money, the influence the world and the event of the world easily and what they want they will get it, they have also the most powerful army in the world, all of these aspect make them to be the powerful country in the world, of course Russian and China may said no to this but they will concede that the American economy is more powerful than their, therefore they are powerful, also by they have manage to impose their way to many of the countries and they became the bunch mark of the rest. There is also the power one man imposing his influence on the rest, A man like Vladimir Putin the Russian president or let me call him the president for life, he have the capacity or the ability to influence the behavior of others or the course of events, today he has manage to put fear on the Russian and make them think He is the messiah which will bring the old great Russian back, it is like without him they will be no Russian, same with XI Jimping of China, these people control and direct everything in their countries, no one can dare say anything, in fact the notion of accountability is not for them until death set them a part. if you want to compare the Russian and China ways with the democracy ways of the west there is great gap between, I am not saying the west is better, because even in the west we have those who called themselves as the extreme right wing whom also want power at all cost by being racist, in Africa we have the combination of both which they called themselves as strong man, these one started since the down of independence of African countries, until today in the so called democracy, the question us African we must ask is which one can be great for us, a powerful man who call in all of us to toy the line for the better the life of all of us? or dictator with to much power and he can not better the life of us? or a democracy power that we can not master because of the way we are with ethnic and tribe? in conclusion I can man and power are called to be hand in hand with a proper guidance otherwise it will be a disaster, a man with to much power he is a danger to himself and society as all.
